Who are we?

Our History

Catapult was incorporated in 2013 by leaders in the federal contracting and professional services industries.   Prior to the founding of Catapult, our leadership team spent over thirty years providing professional services to the federal civilian, defense, intelligence and federal contracting communities.  These services included: systems and software engineering, operations research and systems analysis, information technology, research and development support, and program/business/acquisition management.  Our leadership team has held ownership stakes in multiple organizations, including Dragon Development Corporation, which was acquired by one of the largest multi-billion dollar government integrators in the United States.  In addition to Catapult Federal Services, our affiliated companies include: Catapult Staffing, Catapult Healthcare and Catapult Solutions Group.

 

Our Leadership

Catapult Federal’s leadership team is comprised of senior executives that collectively have over 80 years of industry expertise providing service to the war fighter, federal civilian agencies, leading technology providers, non-profit organizations and the intelligence community.  Our diverse backgrounds include IT operations, data and operations center support, software architecture and development, hospitality, networking, staffing, security design and engineering.   We leverage our collective expertise in every engagement and are dedicated to introducing new efficiencies.  Catapult Federal is committed to developing a complete understanding of the unique needs and technical challenges faced by our valued customers as we design and execute services-based solutions that will drive mission success.
